SHIPPING METHODS

Kynook ships its products via Canada Post or UPS to Canadian addresses only.

Standard Parcel Service

• Standard Parcel Service is priced at $11 or FREE for orders over $50 (before taxes) delivered within Canada.
• Most ground shipments are delivered within two to nine business days after the shipping date.

Express Parcel Service

• Express Parcel Service is priced at $17.
• Most ground shipments are delivered within one to two business days after the shipping date.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel is shipped from our warehouse located in Quebec, you will receive an email containing a unique order tracking link that allows you to track your order on the carrier's website.

DELAYS

Delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions or for deliveries to remote areas. We will endeavor to notify you in advance if such delays are anticipated.
