What are the delivery times and shipping options?

Kynook ships its products via Canada Post or UPS to Canadian addresses only.

Standard Parcel Service

The Standard Parcel Service includes a fee of $11 CAD or is FREE for orders over $80 (before taxes) delivered within Canada. Most orders shipped via ground are delivered within two to nine business days after the shipping date.

Express Parcel Service

The Express Parcel Service includes a fee of $17 CAD. Most orders shipped via ground are delivered within one to two business days after the shipping date.

What are the delivery terms?

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is shipped from our warehouse in Quebec, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking link that allows you to track your order on the carrier's website.


DELAYS

Delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions or for deliveries to remote areas. We will attempt to notify you in advance if such delays are anticipated.

Is it possible to return or exchange merchandise?

As we offer customizable products, it is not possible to return merchandise without first contacting our customer service using our contact form, or by email at info@kynook.com. Read the size guide and FAQ carefully before ordering to avoid any mistakes.


We only accept returns/exchanges if the items ordered have visible defects upon delivery for which Kynook is responsible. We may agree to take back items bearing their original labels, provided that you notify us of the defect within 2 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet these criteria. If more than 2 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?

It is impossible to cancel an order after receiving the order confirmation by email. If you observe an error in your order, please notify us urgently by email (info@kynook.com) so that we can make the correction before shipping.

ORDER MODIFICATION
It is not possible to request to modify an order that has been submitted.
We print your personalization as you entered it during purchase and as validated on your order confirmation. It is your responsibility to carefully check this email if you have made an error.

What are the forms of payment accepted?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop, through Shopify's secure and encrypted platform.
